Your data
Plain answers to what an advocate asks before trusting a tool with client details. The full text is in the Privacy Policy.
Who can see your matters
Your workspace is visible only to you and the colleagues who accepted your invitation, each according to their role. Public-library reviewers and administrators get no special access to it.
What is protected
All connections use HTTPS. Clients' phone numbers, emails and addresses are encrypted in the database; matters, notes and hearings are protected by sign-in and role checks. Sign-in, client-link and calendar-link secrets are kept only as one-way hashes.
Client messages need your approval
A client message is saved as a draft and nothing is sent until you approve it. If Nyaya's own WhatsApp sending is switched on for your account, an approved update goes only when an advocate presses Send, and hearing reminders only for matters where an advocate turned them on, to clients whose consent is recorded.
Download or delete everything
From Settings you can download your data and delete your account yourself; both ask you to sign in with Google again first. Deleted data can remain in recovery backups for up to 30 days.
Sign out everywhere
One button in Settings signs you out of all devices. A sign-in lasts at most seven days and ends after three days without use.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or show ads. Usage analytics is limited and anonymous, and you can turn it off. The primary copy of the database is on Cloudflare in its Asia-Pacific region, and some providers may process data outside India.
