Whether a tractor licence validly authorised driving the insured tempo and whether the insurer was liable despite the alleged licence breach. HELD: A tractor is included in LMV under Section 2(21); the 1,180-kg tempo was an LMV, and Section 10 prescribes no tractor licence. No separate transport endorsement was required; no policy breach arose and the insurer remained liable. ₹4,000 income was proved. Appeal dismissed; award upheld.
