Appeal assailing order of Ld. Single Judge allowing petitions claiming entitlement to pension U/S 11(3) of Employees Pension Scheme,1995 based on actual salary from date of joining of Pension Scheme and directing orders denying pension be quashed.Held;petitioners would be entitled to higher monthly pension on the basis of their contributions on the actual salary,without any cutoff date and de hors the ceiling limit. Subject to the final judgment of the Supreme Court,pending SLP.Appeal disposed
