Whether the impugned order was violative of the principles of natural justice and unsustainable for non-compliance with the mandatory requirement of 30 days' notice. HELD- A separate and specific 30-days' notice must precede the final termination decision. Mere incorporation or recital of termination in the initial notice is insufficient compliance. The impugned orders are quashed and set aside and the mining lease is restored.
