Petitioner sought to challenge the interim order staying the election and appointing an Administrator. HELD- Under the Rajasthan Sports Act, 2005, Section 16 provides an efficacious remedy for election disputes; hence, Article 226 jurisdiction is almost impermissible except in extraordinary circumstances. An interim order deciding a substantial right is appealable under Rule 134 where it grants final relief. Order set aside and quashed. Pending applications, if any, also disposed of.
