Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Branch) Rules,2015-Rule 26 of 2015 Rules can be resorted to if the selection process was in accordance with Rule 25 of 2015 Rules which mandated the holding of a written examination. As per the selection process advertised it was required of the respondents to publish a consolidated category wise merit list of all the eligible candidates and then invite them for documents verification, on the basis of their respective merit.
