Petitioner assailing respondents action in conducting Physical Endurance test for Constable post under Raj. Subord. Services Rules,1989,despite completing test,they were disqualified.Held;Purpose of test is to assess physical endurance in challenging circumstances set by conducting agency,not decided by participants. Other candidates were selected under similar conditions,affirming fairness of assessment.Also,Petitioner had not made any representation at initial stage of test.Petition dismissed.
