Bail application by petitioners who are in custody in connection with offences under NDPS Act and Arms Act-Held-Before granting bail to an accused arrested in connection with recovery of commercial quantity of narcotic drugs, Court has to record findings mandated by Section 37 of NDPS Act which is a sine-qua-non for grant of bail-Here, no reasons are on record of the case which can persuade the Court to record the mandatory finding as per Section 37(b)(ii) of NDPS Act-Bail application dismissed.
