Landowners sought 25% developed land in lieu of compensation for land acquired in 1969–1975. HELD- Where possession has been taken, compensation deposited and acquisition repeatedly upheld, Sec 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation Act, 2013 cannot reopen concluded proceedings or revive stale claims. Petitioners cannot claim that acquisition remains pending or seek 25% developed land. Special Appeals allowed; writ petitions dismissed.
