Petitioner’s challenging evaluation of answer scripts, consequential determination of merit by RPSC, pertaining to recruitment process initiated by RPSC for Senior Teachers post. Held; selection process violated Art. 14,16 of Constitution of India, RPSC should ensure greater transparency and proper evaluation of answer scripts to minimize errors. Issued directions to constitute an expert committee afresh to reexamine impugned questions. Petition disposed.
